Off to Gold Coast tomorrow for a trade show. I had to set up the demo system, so I've barely had a chance to think over the last few weeks.

Chávez makes a monkey of Bush | Guardian Unlimited:
In the lexicon of political insults it will take some beating. Already known for his somewhat colourful use of language Venezuelan president Hugo Chávez has probably written himself into the history books for a new sidewipe at his US counterpart George Bush.

In the latest salvo in the war of words between the two countries Mr Chávez described Mr Bush as 'evil,' a 'criminal' but then added that he was 'more dangerous than a monkey with a razor blade'.

From the Library

I'm writing this form the State Library of New South Wales, where I've discovered that they have free internet access.

A guy just walked into the room, and announced using a megaphone, that the book request service would be closing in 15 minutes.

Funny, in a previous life I would have assumed that megaphones and librarys don't mix, but, for some reason, here in Sydney, it doesn't seem that odd at all.

On an entirely seperate note, it's been a while since I've been in a library, but I sure there weren't this many gorgeous girls in the libraries back home...
